It's possible that you updated the default settings for new courses. This does not update the setting for existing courses. You will need to go to those courses individually and edit their settings to increase the file upload limit.

Let me know how that goes.

HEllo and thanks for your answer, so i went to the settings and i changed everything, you can have a look, i changed this (see below) and many other settings but still, teachers and students cannot upload their files...i am desperate it has been months ;/

Default: Site upload limit (100MB)

Define the largest size of file that can be uploaded in this course, limited by the site-wide setting.
