Hi,
from memory they should be in the Theme settings page. If you scroll down that page you should find them as part of the User menu.

I will check this out and see if I can take a photo of that page.

I have the opposite problem.
I was able to remove the menu items (grades, preferences, messages) under site admin/appearance/theme settings but unable to remove the dashboard and profile. Can you direct me to the correct php file ? I'm unable to locate the one that Ze Poq referred to.
Or is there another way to do this.
