We experienced the same problem for a student's Turnitin submission.  We find the Turnitin M20:27 message meaning that the student submitted the paper isn't enrolled in the Turnitin class whereas s/he is enrolled in the Moodle class.  In this case the student doesn't appear to be enrolled in the class on the Turnitin side.  To resolve this issue, you can try removing and then re-enrolling this student in the class through Moodle.  However, all the student's recorded activities (group, forum, grade, etc) will be removed on your Moodle side.  Or, a better method is to ask Turnitin to to enroll the student in the Turnitin class directly (We used this method).  Hope this help.
