HI,
I'm a newbie as administrator. While using moodle as student, URL in the form of http://www.ect... written in a message sent to a forum were clickable once I received the message.
Now that I'm managing my own moodle as an administrator, I can't find the way to activate this feature: URL are considered normal text and not clickable, even if I have the HTML format active in the forum and in my profile.
any hints?
