I'm using the Chat function as a student on a college PGCE course, but it doesn't seem to update automatically, so I have to keep clicking 'refresh' but it looks as though I'm continually leaving and entering the discussion, when in reality I haven't navigated away from the page. I'm using Safari but it seems the same on Chrome as well. I'm using the 'more accessible interface' so that I can see what I've missed. Does anyone else have this issue? I'd like to use the Chat function with my own students.
