General plugins

Hello moodle team.

We have just started using Adobe connect. We have connected this system to the moodle with the moodle plugin. We can open lessons. We can define these courses as a teacher. However;
1- If there is a Turkish character in Moodle firstname and surname, "ö, ç, İ, ü". It does not create adobe connect user with the data sent over the moodle and cannot connect to the meeting.
2- A user who clicks the lesson via Moodle cannot log in without adobe connect system membership. out of quest.
3- Users who do not have Turkish characters can register among adobe connect users, but they cannot login without saying I forgot my password. We cannot access sso settings on Adobe connect.
We would appreciate if you help us solve these problems.
