Moodle up-to-date...


1.Administration > Site administration > Users > Permissions > User policies-enable auto guest login
2.Administration > Site administration > plugin > enrollment > -manage enrollment >-enable guest login
3.Administration > Site administration > plugin > enrollment > -guest enrollment >-Allow guest access select yes.

4. show guest button -> true

it is not working.. Invalid login or password when click on login as guest....

Trying this.....

Please help... 

PS. what is default  guest hash password ?

The (non encrypted) password for the guest account is just 'guest', so you should be able to login using the normal login form with 'guest', 'guest'.

If that doesn't work then I really have to ask what you did to either change/delete the guest account in the user database or configure Moodle so that manual logins don't work?

using normal login form with guest/guest there is no error, just redirect to main homepage (just like visitors without using login form)

One course is guest access enabled (enrolment) so guest should view it, but can't sad https://mojaedukacja.pl/course/view.php?id=28 (get: This course is currently unavailable to students)

I'dont know what is going on....

either: change guest password (mysql) using md5 function + guest (plain text)... didn't help so back to previous hash .. the same with mnethostid .... no it is 1.... change it to 0 didn't help me....

guest item in table never deleted... no ideas what may be wrong
the category (course) is also enabled/visabled...
