I know there are dicussion posts on this but the solutions are not working.
Request timeout settings have been set to 600 secs on IIS 8.5. plus on php.ini the size limit is set to 160 MB.
The issue is that when a video file that is less than 20mb is selected, uploading is no issue at all however, if I try to upload 90mb file moodle does not upload it. the file picker shows on bottom corner of the webpage that file is uploaded 100% but the file picker process does not end and it keeps on running the process to hours.
please help me solve this issue
