Hello, can anyone tell me if i can have a multilanguage menu in moodle v.3.8? I am interested in having a moodle site in five or four different languages.

Hi Stavrini,
Yes, you can.
First you will need to install the language packs for each of the languages. You will find that in Site Administration > Language.
Next add all your menu items to the custom menu found by navigating to Site Administration > Appearance > Themes >Theme Settings. The format for each line is described on that page. You can also find a good explanation at:

Important note: You must group your menu items by language. For example, all the English (en) menu items first followed by all the spanish ones together after... and so on.
