Country Dropdown not working.

I have upgraded my moodle from 3.5 to 3.8 and went through all the necessary versions of PHP and MySQL required. There wasn't any hick ups in the process of upgrading however the dropdown list of countries in location setting does not work. I checked the  moodle/lang/en and countires.php file and everything is fine.

Due to this issue, I could not register my site. Please Help!

Switch on Debugging. Open your web browser's javascript console. Reload that page.

Are there any red errors on the javascript console? Is anything logged in the web server's error log?

I followed your instruction and found there are errors on loading javascript. 
I have checked the Appearance > AJAX and Javascript and cache is enable.
I have attached the screen shot of the error.

Those are fine. You only care about RED ones.

Have you checked your web server's error log (with debugging on)?
