Select the Certificate activity.
Select Edit Certificate link
Scroll down to the Load Template section of this page.
Select the Site Template (or whatever one you want for this course)
Select LOAD
Scroll up to the Elements section.
At the Reposition elements section, use the dropdown list to select the following:
Background image should be 1st.
then select others in the order you want them displayed on the certificate such as; Student Name, Course Name
Save changes and preview.
If you need to reposition the elements.
Save Changes.
