the arabic forum is nearly dead ,all arabic moodler asking in moodle in english , no one active there in arabic forum
so my question is not a technical issue but about the advantages of moodle , or how to use moodle as a student or teacher which i ( after 1 year from first installation ) i founnd is too big to write it myself , i need a simple docs or even a recent youtube video .... to give to a customer ( a teacher want to host his course on my site , or make a moodle web site for him
can i ask an arabic question here or at general help section?

I am sure you are welcome anywhere.
You need to start with the customer. What do they want? Get a list of the things they want to do better. if they want to provide resources and exercises for students, start with a PDF and a few questions. Moodle is overwhelming but just one thing done right that solves a teacher's problem will be welcomed.
