Hi Everyone,
Could somebody help me with the solution, how to resolve the problem, while installing Moodle 3.3.1, when i click on the "start moodle.exe", a window pop up as "php.exe - System Error" with the following description in it.
"The Program can`t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll is missing from you computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
When i was encountered with this problem, i have tried following
1. Formatted the system and loaded with Windows 7 32 bit
2. dowloaded the .dll file (mentioned above) and copied into windows32 folder in C drive
3. Installed the Microsoft Visual Studio to get Visual C++ package
4. Installed Java package to support the installation
5. Tried installing XAMPP (Just installed) and started load this Moodle because it is showing up any error that "php.exe" System Error
6. Tried in Other systems
7. Tried Other Package (Moodle 3.2.4)
but i`m not able to find the solution.
Please help me with the alternative way to install the software.
