Ni my moodle classes I have built-in custom certificates. They have always worked well and still do. The courses that I run get copied and new courses used every few months. I then leave the old course on mooodle for some time. Then, I eventually just delete the old course.
When browsing users for the entire site I have an option in there under their user details to view "my certificates." Here is the situation.
Student #1 - class has been deleted from 1 year ago. I go into his user details and click "my certificates" and his certs are there for pdf download.
Student #2 - different class has been deleted from 1 year ago. I go into his user details and click "my certificates" and his certs are NOT there at all.
Any ideas why? thanks in advance!!
