Hello, I'm having a problem on my Moodle installation in which the reCAPTCHA v2 (the checkbox) doesn't seem to be working with the registration form. When I try submitting it, it reloads the page and doesn't register anything nor show any error (I've already tried enabling the display of all errors, on the Debugging section, and nothing). I've tried submitting multiple times to no avail, and the only thing that worked was removing the reCAPTCHA, so I disabled it temporarily. Any idea of what could be the problem? My Moodle version is 3.8.1+ (Build: 20200214), and all plugins and themes are updated.
Nevermind, I solved the problem, it was due to a bad signup form page.
