my problem is that I have configured my smtp server, I have configured everything correctly, even initialize the cron.php process, which was marking me error. Now I only have this error that appears on the screen.

you need to "downgrade" a policy in your account, more at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en.
Unfortunately Moodle cannot use XOAUTH2 yet.

do you mean https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps ?
What if you log into GMail with the same credentials but from a Browser?
Guessing some issue there or https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha: more info at https://support.google.com/mail/?p=BadCredentials, Step 2.

I verified what my problem was, the tests I was doing with my personal Google account and it worked, now I have to do the same with a Google GSuite account that has two-step verification enabled, to activate access to unsafe applications requires generating an application password, which it already generates. I just need help to know in which moodle section to enter the password of my application that it generates.

Moodle doesn't support Google application password, yet - read about XOAUTH2 above.
