You'll need to read up in the development documentation about $THEME->iconsystem then implement a solution that works for both PHP and the external AJAX JS with icon mapping. I've done this for FA 5 in the Foundation theme if you want to look there.

Looks like a good set of icons though, might implement myself one day.
