I actually had debugging enabled at the time. I cannot find anything in the Event Log pertaining to this. IIS will record .php errors the way I have it set up on every machine, regardless of development or production. I don't think there would be anything of use in the web server's access logs though, since they only record the paths and details of every "hit".
Do you know how I can complete whatever task wanted to be completed so that it won't prompt for this setting again? I'm thinking there's some flag in the database denoting when updates occur? If you can assist with that, great! But I'm going to start looking soon as I get past some other crucial problems I'm having.
