I did try to remove them from the activity, but when I returned to the course they were there again.
Our main issue currently however is to bulk resend (email) the certificates to students after it has been issued. We sometimes issue certificates to students who are not online learners (i.e. we register them because they attend classroom training, but they never actually log onto the platform). Sometimes it happens that the emails didn't go through or the trainer forgot to 'check' email students when they created the custom certificate. When this happens we have to manually download them one by one (and we are talking 20 - 30 certificates at a time) and then email them manually.
Is there a way to work around this?
Not sure if it is worth mentioning that we always use bulk registrations/enrolments.
