We are having trouble with our teacher's grading in Moodle transfering over to our RenWEb grade books. It is happening on assignments that require a PDF upload. We are on 3.6 version of Moodle. Any suggestions?

The assessment in the RenWeb Grade Book should be transfered through the Moodle Synchronization report. Have you tried that already? You can also check the school seminar by Andrew Price and John Kappes: Benefits of Using RenWeb's Hosted Moodle Solution.
