Moodle 3.8 not installing, coding error

I'm installing Moodle from scratch and have run into this error directly after plugin installation (web installer), there's not much info to be had, unfortunately:

Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Invalid property requested, or the property does not has a default value.

URL is mymoodlesite.com/moodle/user/editadvanced.php?

What do I do?

Was the plugin compatible with your version of Moodle?

Suggest moving the plugin folder outside of Moodle code then navigate to  /admin/search.php via URL line.

Further suggest, If the plugin install attempt managed to touch the DB, you'll have to navigate to the screen where un-installing link shows.

If plugin were a mod: /admin/modules.php

If plugin were a block: /admin/blocks.php

It is always better to copy and paste the error message than publishing the real URL. A visitor could march the install script for you!
