Our teachers cannot download the course backup file that is in the automatic backup files section, when they go to Course Management>Course Settings>Restore.
I've made sure that Download Files From Backup (moodle/backup:downloadfile) is set to Allow. Also Manage Files (moodle/backup:managefiles) is set to Allow. I'm not sure if I'm missing another permission or not.
An interesting work-around is they can click the Manage files button, click on the back up file and then click the Download button. That works, but why wouldn't the Download link in the files area work? Thanks for any ideas.
