You can add a video to your Moodle course ... I am using text pages and embed the video. So I need to get the link to the text page.
Example
The following link leads you to a text page:

To open the text page with the Moodle app you must convert the link to a Moodle Mobile link:
moodlemobile://https://moodle.bildung-lsa.de/liga?redirect=/mod/page/view.php?id=5145
For this Moodle Mobile link you can generate the qr code. Yes, I know that you need a login to this Moodle to open a course with the Moodle app. Please try this idea in your own Moodle to see the effect. It's nice!
