We are using Moodle 3.6
I have forced subscription to the discussion forum and I have made sure my preferences for notifications are on for both web and email. Forum preferences are set to: No digest (single email per forum post)
I have tried testing posts with and without/no editing time delays, however, when we do finally receive an email it is hours later or even days after the post.
What forum setting am I missing that would cause these delays?
I will note that the messaging system notifications do seem to email in decent time, it is just the forum email notifications that are extremely delayed.
