'Display H5P' filter available in core is applied wherever a link to a .h5p file is added, but doesn't work with activities created by the external mod_hvp plugin. Maybe the 'H5P' filter would help to do the trick smile

I agree with Amaia. I am still using the H5P filter plugin to do this in 3.8 as in earlier Moodle versions.
