Hi can i ask why when you edit the default authenticated user role and set the capability moodle/user:editownprofile to anything other than allow you cannot change the assignment filter when grading.
It would seem the assign filter setting for a user is now a system level setting so even if this is allowed in the role used when in the course you cannot change it unless there is an exclusive allow for it in the default role when logged in?
This kind of make the moodle/user:editownprofile capability kind of defunct.
