For Glossary auto linking in labels to work you have to go to course settings to set your filter settings because the label settings to not have the option to set glossary auto linking.

PS- be careful setting the Glossary auto-linking at the course level. This really did slow the loading of the course depending on how many glossary terms were on the page.

The work around that we did was for example when we created a resource using the book module, which you can turn on glossary auto-linking we would put those terms in the glossary description and then made sure that the description show on the course page.
