Hello everyone,
I have been running a test course with test accounts, and I have run into issues with forum notifications. Under the defualt Announcements forum activity I made a series of test posts, disabling notification wait time. Test accounts that were enrolled did not get an email (even though subscription was forced), and they didn’t get a web notification either. I don’t think it is an issue with our email setup, because test accounts are getting registration emails.
I am looking for guidance on how to troubleshoot, and potential solutions
