Hey Everyone!
I have recently started to go through the development documentation of moodle and i am making very slow headway thorugh it. I paticularly facing problems with regards to how to make a plugin, where do i write the html css, do i even need to write the html, and the various files within a normal plugin directory. I would like your help to understand moodle development better and if there are any better resources that i can access to learn moodle.
PS: I am a beginner in PHP coding.
