No 'Edit section/topic' with custom theme

Hi there,

I have created a custom theme based on Boost, the problem I am having as the image is showing is when the custom theme is selected, the option to Edit Section and Edit Topic are not showing in the drop-down list when turning editing on.


if I change the site theme back to Boost these.

custom_theme options will appear back.


Moodle version 3.1 is required and you are running 3.5.3+ (Build: 20181128)
