We are using the lesson activity as a 'workbook' to guide learners to work through a series of stages of their project and record some information and notes in the form of essay and MCQ questions throughout.
As far as I can see, you can only review the entries/responses/answers from the learners until after they have completed the lesson, i.e. at the end of the project. Before this it just says 'email grades'next to each response rather than showing it. We would like to be able to see what the learners are writing as they are progressing the project, not just at the end of it.
Is there a way of doing this?

You could use the Journal plugin activity, or even the Database activity, with links to either one embedded in the proper places in your lesson.
