I've recently noticed that if a student account is suspended from the user profile, he/she cannot login using a computer browser but is still able to login using the Moodle Application and have access to the courses. When I went to the student profile to review it's activity, I found a login activity from an IP outside the College. We did the test with a coworker using a smart phone and confirmed the situation
Presently the temporary option that I found is:
Option 01: Suspend the account from the user profile and Un-enroll the student from the course
Option 02: Suspend the account from the user profile and Reset their password.
Anyone had the same issue? Do you know if it's an App bug? Any solutions from a Developer perspective?
