I'm using the latest version of Moodle and Mobile Moodle as of this writing and had the same issue. Subhash fix still work and fix the same problem. For me I'm testing right now so I don't care and I'm not running https right now either. But thank you Burkhard for pointing out the clickjacking attacts.
