In my case, finally the issue comes from the template, I use a pay theme and the support team of my template hade to upgrade her theme for solve the issue.
If this is your case and you not use a default theme, please contact with the provider of your theme.
If you have a free theme, please change it for another recently updated or for the default theme installed in moodle 3.8.1.
