Hello Margherita. I am just moving your discussion to the General help forum as this is for Moodle community sites. I dont think there is an easy way to achieve what you want because if a teacher has the editing teacher role in your course then you can't restrict access to aspects of that course. However, when this discussion is moved, perhaps you will get some other advice.
