Has any one else had experience of this? When we switched on zlib it caused the server to go wobbly. It seems there is some clash with the php libraries and mod_perl. Since we have switched off mod_perl the problem has gone away. It seems they don't like each other?

I've never seen that - I'm running the two together.  However, having just emerged from a raft of wierd conflicts with turck mmcache and zend encoder I feel for you.

Hi Martin,

I just saw your note about Turck MMCache....
May I ask what conflicts you encountered?

Thanks for all of your work and time!
