We're trying out this Pixabay repository https://moodle.org/plugins/repository_pixabay and it only shows up for admins. Students and instructors don't see it. Anyone encounter this with a plugin before? The only permission to view it set on authenticated user so everyone should see it. We're Moodle 3.6.5+ (Build: 20190816).
