How to stop an upgrade Moodle process?

Hello and good new year!

I don't know how, yesterday my Moodle started to upgrade.
Now I'm in a loop between a plugin update page and an error page.

I have two questions?
1) It's posible to abort he process in order to come back to my Moodle

2) How to solve this problem?

If click to update the plugins, it stays as in stand by;

If I clikc to update the database, it gives me the image error.

Attached there is the two screens I get: When I click on update plugins:  ----> image - Parte 1

When I click on "Update Moodle database now"  ----> image - Parte 2

And so on all the time. Everything seems to have origin in the PHP version change. Now I have left PHP 7.0 again I do not leave here or access the Moodle work area.

I have moodle version 3.2

Thanks

Felix,
Please check my answers:
1) It's possible to abort the process in order to come back to my Moodle
Yes, possible. You have to have a backup of the site database before starting the upgrade. Restore the backup, get the previous version of moodle from moodle git or moodle.org and then just connect that restored database to the old code.
or, if you backed up everything, just restore those backups.

2) How to solve this problem?
Looks like the error is coming from a plugin called "webservices_old", maybe you update the plugin and renamed the old plugin as this name. Unfortunately, you can not keep old plugins like this in the moodle directory. Remove this directory from moodle directory and you will see the upgrade unless you have any other error.

Hi Felix, hi Safat, hi all,

I think Safat's second answer is the right one.

Cheers,
