I would not use marketing blocks, If its a standard page for all users then I would use block region builder and create your own layout.
Then you can put html blocks where you want to put them. You can use the following code to create buttons in the html editor (remove the spaces) < a href="INSERT LINK HERE" class="btn btn-primary">SOME TEXT< /a >
You can also create a button on photoshop and insert as an image to the html block then add a link.
