from the documentation and a forums' search, I guess it's not possible, but I'd like to confirm it: Is it possible to edit the End of lesson page? I'd like to add a picture.

You mean the page at the end of a Lesson that is like a summary?
You can't add a photo as far as I know.
You could maybe edit the text by editing the language pack though.
I guess you could also create a 'pre end of Lesson' page that all your 'paths' lead to, and add a picture there, and then progress to the 'standard' end page?

I think the End of Lesson page is really just a page that gives you options...go to grades, go back to the course, go to the next activity (wish all activities had something like this). You could just, as Stuart suggested, add a ending content page and then when they are done they go to the End page. I expect that you could try to add an image to the language pack but that might not work. language packs are tricky. And if you add it to the language pack, it applies all the time to every lesson and there is no way to change it...
