I have just migrated to Collapsed topics 3.7 (Moodle3.7). Now, the sections are not distincts. Is that possible to obtain a separation between the sections. Thanks.

If using a Bootstrap v4 based theme such as Boost, then something like:
.course-content ul.ctopics.bsnewgrid li.section.main {
margin-bottom: 4px;
}

The sections are now distincts with your suggestion and the spacing between the sections is exactly what we want.
