I think I might be missing something obvious but i can't find a way to send an email message to all users that have yet to complete a course. The "Course Activity" report seems like the most obvious place to be, but this only allows you to download a list. I suppose I could then build a seperate external merge based on this report to email users, but this seems like a huge phaf.
Looking in the "Course Participation" report, this give something along the lines of what we want, but you can only select individual activities within the course. We are not so much worried as to the individual activities, but rather that an entire course has yet to be complete.
All current users within our organisation have a deadline of the end of January 2020 to complete a course, so we need to prompt those that have not done so to do so.
Ideally, we also need to find a way to prompt new users that are on boarded after this time to complete the course within a specific time period (say four weeks from onboarding).
