I have built a practice quiz that asks 10 multiple-choice questions drawn randomly from a pool (one per page). I have set the question behavior to "Immediate feedback". When I enable "Allow redo within an attempt", I expect that the student will be able to click "Check", and if their answer is wrong, the Allow Redo setting will let them try that same question again. The Moodle docs for this setting imply this as well: "...enabling this setting means students can try a question again even if they have used up their allowed attempts."
However, in practice (during a preview), I cannot try the same question again. After clicking "Check", I see that my answer is wrong, but I can only try "another question like this one". There is no way for me to retry the question in order to get it right.
I'm confused as to how to proceed with using immediate feedback for this quiz while allowing students to correct wrong answers.
