Ok i found the mistake, scorm 2004 is not supported by moodle. I changed the content to scorm 1.2 and boom it worked.

I have used iSpring to convert PPT to SCORM package, and i have added it to Moodle as activity but the navigation panel is not visible.
I am not able to see next button so that user can navigate the slides.
We are using Moodle 3.8
or can i use any API to navigate the slides. such as GOTOSlide

Have you tried the older version of scorm? I don't use the player, but reporting has worked in chrome 80 using iSpring. What version of iSpring are you using? Scorm 2004 has always given me problems.

Is the SCORM player activated in the Moodle system?
Did you upload your SCORM content as a SCORM Activity?
