I am using Moodle 3.4 and trying to generate reports from the Moodle DB for the gradings.

I found out that every SCORM attempt shows 2 entries, the first one is 0.0, and the second one appears with the correct grading. This table is from mdl_grade_grades_history:

When tracing back to the activities, I found that when we click ENTER, the 0.0 grade is immediately updated, as below picture:

How can we remove this duplicate 0 grade sending? Hope someone can help.

If you really want to look at scorm records, use scorm_scoes_track not grade_grades. mdl_grade_grades is aggregating data from all activities. And it tracks the same stuff multiple ways. I'm not the first person to say this.
