its a new moodle installation on 3.5.9, everything was perfrect ( moodle test after the installation showed that everything was ok ) , until i installed SSL certificate. Not sure if they are correlated. I see that I have lost the theme. Please see the screen shot below. website url. learn.telcocloudbridge.com
meanwhile , i contacted my hosting team, and they came back saying that its a mixed content issue, although SSL is deployed. clearing theme cache did not help. Please see screenshot below.

yes, i followed this thread, i added the following line in config.php , and did not change anything else. i am still getting errors. i cleared browser cache....
$CFG->sslproxy = true;
$CFG->sslproxy = true;
Did you change $CFG->wwwroot to 'https://learn.telcocloudbridge.com' (i.e. HTTPS not HTTP) in config.php?
Now I also modified the line which Leon Stringer suggested and issue is gone.
