I don't work for HQ, but I can probably answer this with a "No"
Even the branded version of the Moodle app that you pay Moodle HQ for will get published under the organisations own account rather than under the Moodle org account. There are also a number of privacy / security / reputational risks associated with publishing an app that is not controlled/written by you under your own name.
But - you might find some other friendly dev here in the community might volunteer - I'd reccomend you publish a link to your source code here and more information about what your app does and you might find an interested dev!
