Hi, I am getting an error (screenshot attached) during Moodle 3.8-win clean installation on Win 10 64-bit.
I am able to install by keeping the password filed blank. Later, I plugged in a password in config.php and got- Error: Database connection failed. Also, I can not access the database with phpMyAdmin.
This error is related to moodle 3.8 and moodle 3.7 is working fine.
I will appreciate any help in this regard. Thank you.
