I am trying to make an MNet connection to another Moodle site and I am unable to go into the enrollments client since Moodle is not detecting the Roam to a remote application via MNet capability in any role. I've allowed the capability to both Students and Authorized users. Has anybody experienced an issue like this when setting up a MNet connection?
Both Moodle sites are running 3.5.
