Footer covers window content in Boost

1. Open a course that uses the Boost theme. (Snap does not have the issue.)
2. Review a student's quiz attempt
3. Click the "Make comment or override points" link on a quiz question
4. The footer that was added in the "Befoe BODY is closed additionalhtmlfooter" box on the "Additional HTML" screen covers up part of the window and blocks access to some of the contents.

I have tried multiple things using both HTML and CSS to get the footer to drop down below the content, but with no luck. Our site uses Snap for the site theme but allows instructors to choose Boost for their course theme.

Current workaround is to use "Ctrl - " to shrink the content size until the footer moves out of the way. However, this makes the text very small.
